Mail Block

To use the Mail Blocker that's in the control panel, click on the ICON that says Spam and you'll see where it says:

Add A New Block

Click on the link that says "Add A New Block" and type in the email address that you want to block from coming to your email account. Then, click on Add Block.

If you decide to remove that email address from your "block" go back in the main control panel, click on the Spam ICON, and you'll see all of your email addresses there that are blocked. Click on the delete link beside the ones you need to delete. Then, click confirm delete. That's it :)

I suggest not replying to spammers email that says 'click here to be removed from our mailing list'. This is because that can be their way of collecting email addresses for their mailing list.
